Is my Hypertension well controlled?

Well controlled hypertension means you achieved the goal blood pressure according to baseline risk for cardiovascular disease and method of measuring blood pressure (BP):

Higher-risk population (Known ASCVD, Calculated 10-year risk of ASCVD event ≥10%, Heart failure, Diabetes mellitus, Chronic kidney disease, Age ≥65 years )

Office BP (manual with stethoscope or oroscillometric device): 125 to 130/<80 mmHg

Home BP: 120 to 125/<80 mmHg

Lower-risk population (None of the above risk factors)

Office BP (manual with stethoscope or oroscillometric device): 130 to 139/<90 mmHg

Home blood pressure: 125 to 135/<90 mmHg
