Cancellation Policy & Course Refunds

If you cancel or re-schedule more than 24 hours prior to the course then full refund for the courses fees including ACLS / PALS in person sessions.

HSF online keys fee ( 85 paid to HSF Canada ) is NOT refundable, however you can transfer this key use for your next same course.

All cancellations or re-scheduling within less than 24 hours are subject to a $15 Administration Fee

The only exceptions to this policy would be for those who have an infectious disease that is transmissible to our faculty or other trainees.

For any last‑minute cancellations or no‑show, a fee equal to 50% of the course price will be charged.
